Can Be Blissful Bath & Body do custom orders for events?

Yes! Since all our products are handmade, we would love to make a custom order for your next event. Just reach out to us at sales@beblissfulbathandbody.com or on one of our social media accounts to set something up.

How do I track an order?

How can I get a copy of my order invoice?

An invoice will be included with your order. You may also reach out to us at info@beblissfulbathandbody.com and we can provide a copy to you as well.

Something out of stock on the website, when will it be re-stocked?

Our website is updated in real time. We do our best to keep up with our inventory and it most likely will be restocked soon! Many holiday or “pop up” items are limited quantities and may not be restocked. Under each out of stock item there is an option to be notified by email when an item is restocked. Shipping & Local Pick Up

Does Be Blissful Bath & Body have a retail location?

We do not have a retail location at this time. You can purchase all your favorite Be Blissful Bath & Body items online at beblissfulbathandbody.com and have them shipped or you can choose the local pick up option at checkout. 

I picked the local pick up option at check out, how and where do I get my order?

24-48 hours after you place your order you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup. Do not head to pick up your order until a Be Blissful Bath & Body team member reaches out to you via text or email to set up a pick up day and time that works best for you. Our local pick up address is 13271 Wynstone Way Rockton, IL.

Where do you ship to? 

We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or US Virgin Islands.

What shipping methods do we use?

We ship our packages through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
